The Curators

We are Alicia and Chris, and when not working our day jobs or traveling, live with our dog Whiskey on a vineyard in the Finger Lakes region of New York—dabbling in the culinary arts, and even trying our hand at homemade wine and hard cider.

Our passion is exploring the food and tipple iconic to wherever we find ourselves. Having moved to Skaneateles in search of something bucolic, we fell in love with the farmland, community, and farm-to-table lifestyle surrounding us. And what started as jaunts to local roadside stands for fresh ingredients became visits to the numerous wineries, farms, and craft producers peppering the Finger Lakes (and other agricultural regions of New York), to hear the artisans’ stories, and experience their products!

We conceived Artisans and Curators to engage these makers, create unique offerings with an identifiable source, and to help connect you, the consumer, directly with the producer.
