For this exciting collaboration we had the distinct honor of partnering with David and Libby, a father-daughter dynamic-duo who founded Syracuse Salt Company, to create a Riesling-infused salt using our very own SMALLHOLDINGS wine.
These artisans reduced our dry Riesling to intensify its flavor before combining it with Syracuse Salt Company's original Salt City Flake Salt. The result is a delicious, subtly wine and floral flavored salt that can be used on chicken, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and even ice cream. In fact, this product will enhance just about anything you might pair with a Riesling wine.
